Christine has been working in the Administration sector for more than 15 years. She started off in the Conference and Events industry and moved to a managerial role in local government, where she gained experience with issuing tenders, liaison with contractors, responsibility with construction projects, road works, traffic management, handling of EU projects, organisation of events and HR and general management of the office. She was also assistant private secretary of a Minister where she excelled her customer service skills and her ability to resolve what could be difficult situations. On a related note, she also has strong communication skills, which helps her work well with customers, team members, and executives. Christine has a post graduate certificate in Customer Services management from the University of Leicester.
